不同性别冠心病患者最大握力与年龄、左心室射血分数的相关性 被引量:3

Gender-specific correlation of maximum grip strength with age and left ventricular ejection fraction in patients with coronary heart disease

摘要 目的探讨不同性别冠心病患者最大握力与年龄、左心室射血分数(LVEF)的相关性。方法选取91名冠心病患者为研究对象,根据年龄分为≤50周岁组13例、51~60周岁组23例、61~70周岁组37例和>70周岁组18例。所有患者均进行握力、LVEF测量。在各年龄组中比较男女性患者的最大握力及LVEF。分析男性和女性冠心病患者最大握力与年龄、LVEF的相关性,并构建不同性别冠心病患者最大握力的线性回归预测模型。结果同年龄段男性冠心病患者的最大握力大于女性冠心病患者(均P<0.05),而同年龄段男性与女性患者的LVEF差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。男性冠心病患者最大握力与年龄呈负相关,与LVEF呈正相关(均P<0.05);女性冠心病患者最大握力与年龄呈负相关(P<0.05),与LVEF无相关性(P>0.05)。男性冠心病患者最大握力=50.915-0.415×年龄+0.091×LVEF(R 2=0.524,F=20.351,P<0.001);女性冠心病患者最大握力=33.589-0.231×年龄(R 2=0.191,F=11.563,P=0.001)。结论不同性别冠心病患者最大握力均随患者年龄增加而减少;男性冠心病患者的最大握力可在一定程度上反映其LVEF的大小,而在女性患者中两者的相关性仍有待进一步证实。 Objective To explore the gender-specific correlation of maximum grip strength with age and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods Ninety-one CHD patients were selected as study subjects and divided into≤50 years group(n=13),51-60 years group(n=23),61-70 years group(n=37)and>70 years group(n=18)according to patient′s age.All patients underwent grip strength and LVEF measurement.Maximum grip strength and LVEF were compared between male and female patients in each age group.The correlation of maximum grip strength with age or LVEF was analyzed in male or female patients,and the linear regression prediction model of maximum grip strength was established in male/female CHD patients.Results Male patients with CHD had greater maximum grip strength than female patients with CHD in the same age group(all P<0.05),moreover,there was no statistically significant difference in LVEF between male and female patients in the same age group(all P>0.05).In male patients with CHD,maximum grip strength negatively correlated with age,but positively correlated with LVEF(all P<0.05);in female patients with CHD,maximum grip strength negatively correlated with age(P<0.05),but did not correlate with LVEF(P>0.05).For male patients with CHD,maximum grip strength=50.915-0.415×age+0.091×LVEF(R 2=0.524,F=20.351,P<0.001);for female patients with CHD,maximum grip strength=33.589-0.231×age(R 2=0.191,F=11.563,P=0.001).Conclusion Maximum grip strength decreases with the increase of age in male/female patients with CHD;maximum grip strength could be a reflection of the value of LVEF to some extent in male patients with CHD,but the correlation between the two indices needs further demonstration in female patients.
