顶空气相色谱法测定聚烯烃中挥发性轻烃 被引量:1

摘要 采用顶空气相色谱法测定聚烯烃中挥发性轻烃,聚烯烃的挥发物质的大含量组分是碳五及以下的轻烃类,占比80%以上,这些组分因为含量大,存在安全隐患。采用标准气体进行试验绘制标准曲线,分析聚烯烃中挥发性轻烃含量,该试验方法检测限为1.0×10^-6 mL/m^3,平均加标回收率在98.62%~101.20%,相对标准偏差在0.51%~2.65%。 In this paper,the headspace gas chromatographic method was adopted for the determination of volatile in polyolefin,among which more than 80%were found to be light hydrocarbons of C5 and below and would pose a safety hazard.The standard gas testing drawing standard curves were applied to analyze the contents of volatile light hydrocarbons in polyolefin.This test method detection limit was 1.0×10^-6 mL/m^3,the average standard addition recovery rate was between 98.62%and 101.20%,and the relative standard deviation was between 0.51%and 2.65%.
