摘要
随着信息技术与教育教学不断融合,基于开放性、灵活性和多样性特征的大规模群体在线学习方式正在使知识从单向传递走向社会化交互,但完全自组织形式的大规模群体在线学习弊端开始显现,学习者参与度不高、缺乏社交互动等阻碍了实现"联通"的学习目的。受"社会治理共同体"理念和社会学相关理论启发,构建共同体架构并进行实践。运用社会网络分析法结合课程问卷调查数据从"任务参与情况""网络结构特征""群体角色分化"三个方面展开效果分析,最终得出三点结论:在任务参与上,指定成员发挥了现实优秀属性并获得良好协作学习体验;在网络结构上,群体学习呈现出"大杂居、小聚居"的在线交互生态;在角色分化上,指定成员表现出较强的共享性、合作性与吸纳性核心作用。
With the continuous integration of information technology and education and teaching,large-scale group online learning methods based on openness,flexibility,and diversity are transforming knowledge from one-way transfer to social interaction,but completely self-organized large-scale group online Learning disadvantages have begun to appear,learners’participation is not high,and lack of social interaction hinders the realization of the purpose of"Unicom"learning.The research is inspired by the concept of"Social Governance Community"and related sociological theories to build a community architecture and practice it.This paper uses social network analysis method combined with course questionnaire data to analyze the effects from"task participation","network structure characteristics",and"group role differentiation".In the end,three conclusions were reached:in the task participation,the designated members played out the outstanding properties of reality and obtained a good collaborative learning experience;on the network structure,the group learning showed an online interaction ecology of"large mixed living,small living together";In terms of differentiation,the designated members show a strong core role of sharing,cooperation and absorption.
