摘要
根据教育事业统计公报显示,2019年我国高等教育的毛入学率为51.6%,根据马丁特罗高等教育发展三阶段论,我国已经进入普及高等教育国家行列。基于对精英教育与普及化时代高等教育的大规模、多样化、个性化与社会化的特点分析,可知普及化时代精英教育在个人全面发展、促进教育公平和推动社会进步方面发挥着重要作用。因此,恪守精英传统、严选精英人才、改善课程设置和转变治理方式是守护精英教育的有效路径。
In 2018,the gross enrollment rate of China's higher education reached 48.1%.According to Martin's theory of three stages of higher education development in Romania,China is about to enter the ranks of countries with universal higher education.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of elite education and higher education in the era of popularization,we can see that elite education in the era of popularization plays an important role in the overall development of individuals,promoting education equity and promoting social progress.Therefore,the effective way to guard elite education is to abide by elite tradition,select elite talents strictly,improve curriculum and change governance mode.
