摘要
教育的首要问题,是培养什么人的问题。高校学生党支部建设,是党的建设的重要组成部分,是培养合格的社会主义建设者和接班人的坚固堡垒。校学生党支部作为党的基础组织,具有基层组织的一般性,同时由于其是由受教育阶段的青年学生组成,又具有基层组织特殊性。新时代高校学生党支部要以突出政治功能提升政治力,根植师生一线提升组织力为建设方向,从理顺工作机制,优化支部设置、配强支部书记、抓实组织生活、突出教育主体、严格管理监督、创新党日活动等方面探索有效的建设路径,以期更好地发挥党建引领作用和党支部战斗堡垒作用,为落实好立德树人根本任务提供坚强的政治保证。
The first question of education is the question of who to train.The student party branch of colleges and universities is an important part of party building and a strong fortress for training qualified socialist builders and successors.As the party's basic organization,the student party branch has the generality of grassroots organizations,and because it is composed of young students at the stage of education,it has the speciality of grassroots organizations.In the new era,the student party branch of colleges and universities should focus on enhancing political power by emphasizing political functions,rooting the frontline of teachers and students to improve organizational strength.The explorationof effective construction pathsshould be realized though rationalizing the working mechanism,optimizing branch settings,arranging strong branch secretaries,emphasizing organizational life,emphasizing educational subjects,strict management and supervision,innovative party daily activities and other aspects.In order to play the leading role of party building and the fighting fortress of party branches,it provides a strong political guarantee for the implementation of the fundamental task of establishing morality.
