教育是引导学生认识世界、认识自己、提高素质的过程 ,在本质上是对受教育者主体性的培育过程。因此 ,教师必须冲破传统教育观念的束缚 ,以学生为本 ,把主体性发展作为教学首要目标 ,通过培养学生的主体意识、主体能力和主体人格 ,发展和提高学生在教育活动中的能动性、自主性和创造性 ,建构学生丰富和全面的主体性 ,让学生真正成为“学习和发展的主人”。
