摘要
以液体环氧树脂及古马隆树脂为基料,以改性胺为固化剂,并选择合适的颜填料,研制出用于钢结构防腐蚀的高固体分环氧云铁中间漆。性能测试结果表明:该产品不但能满足钢结构配套涂层体系的性能要求,同时具有高体积固含量,一次性成膜厚度高且不流挂的特点。
Using liquid epoxy resin and coumarone resin as base materials,modified amine as curing agent,and selecting appropiate pigments and fillers,a high-solids epoxy mica iron oxide intermediate paint for steel structure corrosion prevention has been developed.Performance test results showed that the product can not only meet the performance requirements of supporting coating system for steel structure,but also has the characteristics of high volume solid content,high thickness of onetime film formation and non-sagging.
