摘要
从金属的腐蚀机理出发,指出减弱水和氧气对涂层的渗透性对抑制金属腐蚀起着重要作用。探讨了气体、蒸汽、无机或有机液体等对聚合物膜的渗透作用,分析了聚合物类型及颜料等对涂层屏蔽性能的影响,指出渗透性同时与扩散性和溶解性相关,同时降低水和氧气的渗透性将有利于改善最终涂料产品的性能。
Decreasing the permeability of water and oxygen is important to inhibit the corrosion behavior of metals. The permeation behavior of gas, vapor and liquid to polymer film is discussed and the effect of polymer type and pigment on the barrier properties is analyzed. The permeability is related with diffusivity and solubility. The decrease of permeability of oxygen and water could improve the anticorrosion performance of coatings.
