摘要
目的探讨导师制结合PBL教学法在儿科护理临床实习教学中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月—2018年6月在医院儿科实习的54名护生作为实验对象。随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用导师制结合PBL教学法;对照组采用传统教学法。对两组学生进行理论、技能考核和综合能力评估问卷调查,评估其学习情况及综合能力。结果实验组理论成绩和技能成绩均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计意义(P<0.05);实验组综合能力问卷调查结果显著高于对照组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论导师制结合PBL教学法能有效培养护生自主学习能力和临床思维,提高儿科护理操作技能及综合素质。
Objective To explore the effect of the tutorial system combined with PBL teaching method in clinical practice teaching of pediatric nursing.Methods 54 nursing students who practiced in pediatrics department of our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected as experimental subjects.The experimental group was randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group adopted traditional teaching methods.The students in the two groups were investigated by questionnaire on theory,skill assessment and comprehensive ability assessment to evaluate their learning situation and comprehensive ability.Results Theoretical and skill scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of comprehensive ability questionnaire in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The tutorial system combined with PBL teaching method can effectively cultivate the autonomous learning ability and clinical thinking of nursing students and improve the operation skills and comprehensive quality of pediatric nursing.
