PBL教学法在儿科实习护理生带教中的应用效果评价 被引量:7

摘要 目的 PBL教学法在儿科实习护理生带教中的应用效果。方法选取2015年1月—2017年1月在枣庄市妇幼保健院实习的轮转到儿科的护士120名作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,PBL教学组60例,对照组60例。将理论知识、基本操作及临床实践作为考核内容,将出科成绩作为考核标准,通过问卷调查的方式对两组教学模式满意度进行评判,比较两组实习生的考试成绩,对比PBL教学组和对照组在实习护理生带教中的教学效果。结果通过PBL教学法带教的儿科实习护理生出科考试成绩高于对照组实习护理生,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);PBL教学组师生互评满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PBL教学法在儿科实习护理生带教中取得满意的效果。 Objective To explore the application effect of Problembased Learning teaching method in the teaching of nursing students in pediatric practice. Methods A total of 120 nurses who were transferred to pediatric nurses from January 2015 to January 2017 in Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Zaozhuang City were randomly divided into two groups: 60 patients in problem-based Learning group and 60 patients in control group. The theoretical knowledge, basic operation and clinical practice were used as the assessment criteria. Through the questionnaire survey, the satisfaction of two kinds of teaching model was judged. There was comparing the teaching effect of nursing students in PBL teaching group and control group. Results The test score of nursing students who used through PBL teaching method in pediatric practice was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); The satisfaction degree of PBL teaching group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing students using PBL teaching method in the pediatric practice achieved satisfactory results.
