摘要
芳纶纤维因其优异的性能在众多领域特别是高性能复合材料领域得到了广泛的应用。为了深入了解芳纶纤维在湿热老化过程中的变化,采用人工加速湿热老化试验的方法,通过红外光谱、X射线衍射光谱和扫描电子显微镜等表征手段,研究了芳纶纤维在湿热老化过程中的化学结构变化,并利用分子动力模拟从理论层面分析。结果表明:在湿热老化过程中,芳纶纤维分子结构并未发生化学变化,但聚集态结构随湿热老化时间延长趋向无序,结晶峰半峰宽由1.45°变为7.63°。
The aramid fiber has been widely used in many fields due to its excellent properties,especially in the field of high performance com-posite materials.In order to grasp the changes of aramid fibers during the hydrothermal aging process,the chemical structure changes of aramid fibers in the process of hydrothermal aging are studied by the artificial accelerated hydrothermal aging assay.The chemical and physical changes of aramid fibers are discussed,based on the analysis of FTIR,XRD,SEM and molecular dynamics simulation.The results show that there is no chemical change occurs in the molecular structure of aramid fibers during the process of hydrothermal aging.But the aggregated structure tends to be in disorder with prolonged hydrothermal aging time.The half peak width of the crystallization peak changes from 1.45°to 7.63°.
