矿用刮板输送机的模糊PID控制调直方法研究 被引量:8

摘要 为了提高矿用刮板输送机的直线度,降低其运输阻力,提出一种矿用刮板输送机布置角度与形态解析算法,同时搭建模糊PID算法。将中部槽连接耳处空隙误差与各段矿用刮板输送机之间通过哑铃销连接的误差结合,由数学模型计算出各液压支架对刮板机进行推溜所需要的流量,通过模糊算法与PID的输出进行融合计算,实现了模糊PID算法对液压缸工作时间的调整,并通过MATLAB 2018a与LMS-Samtech进行调直效果的仿真。所有试验中的平均偏差均较小,不超过5 mm,证明了本研究中模糊PID控制调直方法能较好地实现了矿用刮板输送机的调直效果。研究结果为综采面的全面自动化提供了前期研究,同时对于降低因刮板机直线度偏差过大造成的事故具有积极预防意义。 In order to improve the straightness of scraper conveyor and reduce its transportation resistance,an analytic algorithm for the layout angle and shape of scraper conveyor was proposed and a fuzzy PID algorithm was built at the same time.Combining the gap error at the connecting ear of the middle groove with the error of connecting each scraper conveyor through the dumbbell pin,the flow required for the scraper to be pushed by hydraulic supports is calculated from the mathematical model,and the fuzzy algorithm and PID output are integrated to calculate,so as to realize the adjustment of the working time of the hydraulic cylinder by the fuzzy PID algorithm.MATLAB 2018 a and lms-samtech are adopted to simulate the straightening effect.The average deviation in all tests is low,no more than 5 mm,which proves that the fuzzy PID algorithm and the research process in this study can achieve the straightening effect of scraper conveyor well.The research results provide a preliminary study for the comprehensive automation of the fully mechanized face,and have a positive preventive significance for reducing the accidents caused by the excessive straightness deviation of the scraper.
