摘要
为了有效解决薄煤层开采存在的诸多问题,开发一套链牵引薄煤层采煤、运输、支护、集中控制为一体的成套装备,通过智能自移设备列车、地面井下智能集中控制中心及双滚筒采煤机,完成等高切割、地面远程控制、工作面智能巡检等功能,完成割煤、牵引、运输、移架、推溜、动力设备列车协同循环控制,实现了薄煤层无人化开采。
To solve the problems occurred during mining the thin coal seam,a complete set of chain-dragged equipment integrating mining,transport,supporting and centralized control for thin coal seam was developed.With the aid of the intelligent facility self-moving train,underground intelligent centralized control center on ground and dual-drum shearer,the equipment completed equal height cutting,ground remote control and intelligent patrol inspection on workface etc.Thus,cooperative cyclic control of cutting,dragging,transport,support moving,sliding and the power facility train realized,so as to achieve unmanned mining on thin coal seam.
