反刍幼畜人工初乳的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 反刍动物母畜的胎盘结构复杂,母源抗体不能转移给胎儿,新生仔畜需通过吸吮初乳才能获得被动免疫。由于母畜自身营养状况、胎次、一胎多羔等原因可能会导致反刍幼畜出生后初乳摄入不足,被动免疫转移不全而出现幼畜早期免疫力差、抗病力弱、死亡率高、生长速度缓慢、育肥周期延长等一系列问题。因此,探究反刍动物新生幼畜被动免疫,研究开发人工初乳,保证幼畜健康快速生长,对我国畜牧业的健康发展和经济效益的提升有着极为重要的意义。本文在查阅近年来国内外该领域研究文献的基础上概述了反刍动物初乳的营养特性及其免疫活性成分,被动免疫转移的衡量指标、影响因素以及被动免疫转移不全对生产的影响及解决办法,旨在为外源免疫球蛋白在反刍幼畜早期营养中的进一步研究和实际应用提供参考依据。 The structure of the placenta of ruminant mammals is complex,and maternal antibodies cannot be transferred to the fetus.Newborns need to suck colostrum to obtain passive immunity after birth.Due to the nutritional status,parity and multiple lambs of one mother,the young ruminants may cause insufficient intake of colostrum after birth.A series of problems such as poor early immunity of young animals,weak disease resistance,high mortality rate,slow growth rate,and prolonged fattening cycle occur due to incomplete passive immune transfer.Therefore,exploring the passive immunity of ruminant newborn animals,researching and developing artificial colostrum to ensure the healthy and rapid growth of young animals are of great significance to the healthy development of China’s animal husbandry and the improvement of economic benefits.This article summarizes the nutritional characteristics of ruminant colostrum and its immunologically active components,the measurement indicators of passive immune transfer,influencing factors,and the effects of passive immune transfer insufficiency on production based on the review of domestic and foreign research literature in this field.The purpose is to provide a reference for further research and practical application of exogenous immunoglobulin in early nutrition of young ruminant s.
