摘要
试验旨在探究湖羊、藏羊及其杂交F1代羔羊在适应性、生长发育、屠宰性能及血清生化指标方面的差异,进而评价高寒牧区湖羊与藏羊杂交的改良效果。设湖藏杂交F1代组(湖藏组)、纯繁藏羊组(藏羊组)和纯繁湖羊组(湖羊组),每组选取3月龄左右、体重与发育状况相近的公羔各30只。每组3个重复,每个重复10只。预试期10 d,正式试验期90 d。结果显示,湖藏组产羔率较藏羊组提高21.15%,羔羊的初生重和断奶重极显著高于藏羊组(P<0.01);3~6月龄的平均日增重极显著高于藏羊组和湖羊组(P<0.01)。6月龄时,湖藏组羔羊胸宽显著高于藏羊组(P<0.05),尾宽极显著低于湖羊组(P<0.01),尾长极显著高于湖羊组和藏羊组(P<0.01)。湖藏组羔羊宰前活重和胴体重均显著高于藏羊组(P<0.05);胴体脂肪含量值(GR值)显著低于湖羊组(P<0.05),眼肌面积与藏羊组、湖羊组差异不显著(P>0.05)。湖藏组羔羊血清中总蛋白(TP)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)和免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量均显著高于藏羊组(P<0.05)。研究表明,从繁殖性能、生长性能、屠宰性能、血清生化和免疫指标等方面综合评价,利用湖羊改良藏羊进行肉羊生产或培育优质肉羊新品系(种)具有明显优势。
This experiment aimed to investigate the performance of adaptability,growth and development,slaughter performance,and serum biochemical indexes of Hu sheep,Tibetan sheep,and their F1 hybrid lambs,thereby evaluating the improvement effect of crossbreeding Hu sheep with Tibetan sheep in alpine pastoral areas.The Hu×Tibetan hybrid F1 generation group(Hu×Tibetan group),purebred Tibetan sheep group(Tibetan sheep group),and purebred Hu sheep group(Hu sheep group)were established.Thirty male lambs approximately three months old,with similar body weight and developmental status,were selected from each group.Each group contained three replicates with 10 lambs per replicate.The pre-test period was 10 days,and the formal test period was 90 days.The results showed that the lambing rate of the Hu×Tibetan group was 21.15%higher than that of Tibetan sheep group,and the birth weight and weaning weight of Hu×Tibetan group were extremely higher than those of Tibetan sheep group(P<0.01).The average daily gain of Hu×Tibetan group from three to six months of age was extremely higher than that of Tibetan sheep and Hu sheep groups(P<0.01).At six months old,the chest width of Hu×Tibetan group was significantly greater than that of Tibetan sheep group(P<0.05),the tail width was extremely smaller than that of Hu sheep group(P<0.01),and the tail length was extremely longer than that of Hu sheep and Tibetan sheep groups(P<0.01).The live weight before slaughter and carcass weight of Hu×Tibetan group were significantly higher than those of Tibetan sheep group(P<0.05),the carcass fat content value(GR value)was significantly lower than that of Hu sheep group(P<0.05),while no significant difference in eye muscle area among Hu×Tibetan,Tibetan sheep,and Hu sheep groups(P>0.05).The serum total protein(TP),immunoglobulin A(IgA),and immunoglobulin G(IgG)concentrations of Hu×Tibetan group were significantly higher than those of Tibetan sheep group(P<0.05).The study indicates that based on comprehensive evaluation of reproductive performance,growth performance,slaughter performance,and serum immune indexes,using Hu sheep to improve Tibetan sheep for meat production or breeding high-quality new meat sheep lines(breeds)has significant advantages.
