大型精密导轨安装检测方法研究

摘要 针对传统测量方法和仪器无法对大型振动台阵实验室导轨的直线度、平整度、长度等指标进行高精度检测的问题,提出了利用高精度激光跟踪仪动态跟踪扫描的方式获取导轨表面样点点云,并从点云中提取面特征和线特征检测导轨安装的直线度、平整度和导轨安装间距的方法。通过计算得到的距离偏差精确定位了存在安装问题的导轨具体位置,同时获得具体的偏差数值。基于激光跟踪仪的精密导轨安装检测实验结果表明:本方法不仅能够快速进行导轨安装和检测,还能够获得满足工程要求的高精度偏差数据,获得的偏差结果经过复测和现场核实验证了其正确性,为精密导轨的安装调整提供了参考。 Aiming at the problem that traditional measurement methods and instruments cannot accurately measure the straightness,flatness,length and other indicators of the guide rails of large-scale vibratory array laboratories,a point cloud of sample points on the guide rail surface is obtained by dynamic tracking and scanning with a high-precision laser tracker.The method of extracting the surface features and line features from the point cloud to detect the straightness,flatness and spacing of the rail installation is proposed in this paper.The calculated distance deviation accurately locates the specific position of the guide rail with installation problems,and at the same time obtains the specific deviation value.The experimental results of the precision rail installation and detection based on the laser tracker show that this method can not only quickly install and inspect the rail,but also obtain high-precision deviation data that meets the engineering requirements.The obtained deviation results have been verified by retesting and on-site verification.It provides a reference for the installatio n and adjustment of precision guide rails.
