摘要
[目的]了解高职实习护士职业决策现状及工作嵌入与职业决策的相关性。[方法]选取河南省某高职院校403名实习护士为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷、工作嵌入量表、职业决策困难问卷进行调查。[结果]建立多元回归模型,性别、组织匹配、组织牺牲进入回归模型,工作嵌入与职业决策呈负相关。[结论]护理教育者及管理者要促进高职实习护士工作嵌入,增强其专业自信,降低其职业决策困难程度。
Objective:To understand the status quo of career decision making of practical nurses in higher vocational colleges,and the correlation between job embedding and career decision making.Methods:A total of 403 practical nurses in higher vocational college in Henan Province were selected as the research objects,practical nurses were surveyed using general information questionnaire,Job Embedding Scale,Career Decision-making Difficulty Questionnaire.Results:Multiple regression model was established,gender,organizational matching and organizational sacrifice entered the regression model,and job embedding was negatively correlated with career decision-making.Conclusions:Nursing educators and managers should promote the embedding of nursing practice in higher vocational colleges,enhance their professional confidence and reduce their difficulty in making career decisions.
