摘要
针对目前很多大型综合医院门诊就诊人数较多、就诊秩序较差、各种门诊就诊流程不够清晰及规范、患者不按医院的相关规范进行就诊、信息化支撑手段较差等问题,引人信息化手段,进行大型综合医院门诊二次分诊系统的设计,优化门诊就诊流程。经使用,系统获得了满意的效果。
At present,many large-scale general hospitals have a large number of outpatient visits,meet poor medical order,unclear and not standardized outpatient procedures,poor information support means,and face issues like patients do not follow the relevant hospital standards for medical treatment and so on.Aiming at these problems,informationized means were brought to the design of two-time triage system to optimize outpatient procedures in large-scale general hospitals.After use,the system has achieved satisfying results.
