摘要
利用计算机技术,针对不同分诊管理模式分别采用不同的分诊排队方案解决,如挂号处分诊、护理站分诊、二次候诊等方法进行自动分诊排队,分别解决了成人门诊、儿童门诊、儿童急诊等不同环境下的病人分诊问题,提高了工作效率,减少了病人排队次数和时间,保证了公正公平合理的等候秩序。
Integrated the different model of clinical pre-examination triage with information technology, a pre-examination triage and queuing system has been designed and implemented. The system will execute the functionalities of patient registration triage, nurse-station triage, second-time triage and automatic queuing in adult clinic, children clinic and children emergency. It will improve the efficiency of outpatient service and reduce patient queuing and waiting time, and facilitate the outpatient care in a fair, impartial, and competent order.
