摘要
目的:从药对泽泻-白术入手,以含药对泽泻-白术的方剂为研究对象,探索该类复方的配伍规律和病-证-方之间的关联。方法:以山东中医药大学中医文献与文化研究院中医古籍文献数据库为数据来源,构建历代含药对泽泻-白术的方剂数据库,运用数据挖掘技术和R软件平台,归纳分析含泽泻-白术的方剂配伍和方证规律。结果:本研究共纳入308首含泽泻-白术的方剂,涉及中药203种,临床症状240个,证型122个,疾病95种。通过关联分析得出常用药对泽泻-白术配伍的高频中药有9味,与相关高频症状、证候、疾病密切相关的药组有16个;与药物配伍关联度较高的临床症状有腹泻、大便溏、小便短黄、小便不利等;证型有湿热内蕴证、膀胱湿热证和膀胱蓄水证,疾病有淋证、水肿和伤暑。结论:含泽泻-白术的方剂核心适应证为水液病,病机以脾虚水湿痰饮内生为主,治则治法与温化法有共通之处,在一定程度上诠释了方剂配伍理论和病-证-方的科学内涵,并为其相关复方研发、配伍用药及临床运用提供参考。
Objective:This study starts with herbal pair Zexie(Alismatis Rhizoma)-Baizhu(Atractylodes Macrocephalae Rhizoma)and takes formulas containing Zexie-Baizhu as the object to explore the compatibility regularity of this type of compound formulas and the correlation among disease-syndrome-formula.Methods:Using the database of traditional Chinese medicine ancient literature in the Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine Literature and Culture of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as the data source,a database of formulas containing herbal pair of Zexie-Baizhu in the past dynasties was constructed.Data mining technology and R software platform were used to summarize and analyze the compatibility,prescription and syndrome regularity of formulas containing Zexie-Baizhu.Results:Total 308 formulas containing Zexie-Baizhu were included in this study,involving 203 kinds of Chinese medicinals,240 clinical symptoms,122 syndrome types,and 95 kinds of diseases.Through correlation analysis,it is concluded that there were nine high frequency Chinese medicinals compatible with herbal pair of Zexie-Baizhu.There are 16 medicinal groups that are closely related to the related high-frequency symptoms,syndromes,and diseases.The clinical symptoms associated with medicinal compatibility are diarrhea,loose stools,scanty and yellow urine,and difficulty in urination.The syndrome types include dampness-heat syndrome,bladder dampness-heat syndrome and bladder water retention syndrome.Diseases include stranguria,edema and summerheat damage.Conclusions:This study found that the core indication of formulas containing Zexie-Baizhu is water fluid disease,and the core pathogenesis is mainly spleen deficiency,water dampness,phlegm and fluid retention.The therapeutic principle and method,and warming and resolving method have something in common.To a certain extent,it interprets the theory of prescription compatibility and the scientific connotation of disease-syndrome-formula,and provides references for the research and development,compatibility and clinical application of related compound formulas.
