摘要
消防执法改革是消防体制改革的重要组成部分,分析了消防执法改革的理念和任务、消防执法的指导思想和消防执法队伍建设管理存在的问题,结合相关法律法规提出建立社会消防技术服务信息系统和信息共享机制,允许消防执法人员举报火灾隐患,制定切实可行的消防安全检查标准,加强消防产品监管、确保认证质量,科学、高效开展消防监督管理工作。
The reform of fire law enforcement is the important constituent part of the reform of fire protection system.On the basis of analyzing the concept and task of fire protection reform,the guiding ideology of fire law enforcement and the construction and management of fire law enforcement team,this paper points out the existing problems,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures in combination with relevant laws and regulations.These measures include establishing an information system of fire protection technology service provided by related institutions in the society and an information sharing mechanism,allowing fire law enforcement officers to report fire hazards,formulating feasible fire safety inspection standards,strengthening efforts to supervise fire protection products and ensure the certified quality,so as to carry out fire supervision and management scientifically and efficiently.
