超高压提取辣木叶多糖工艺条件的优化 被引量:6

Optimization polysaccharide extraction conditions from moringa oleifera by ultra high pressure method

摘要 利用超高压提取方法提取辣木叶多糖。在单因素试验的基础上,以压力、提取时间、液料比作为考察因素,以总多糖得率为指标,利用正交试验确定最佳提取工艺。试验结果表明,辣木叶多糖最佳提取工艺条件为:压力400 MPa,提取时间5.5 min、液料比15∶1(mL∶g)为,此条件下辣木叶总多糖得率达16.28%。试验表明超高压提取法具有用时短,提取率高等优点,是一种适用于提取辣木叶多糖的方法。 Ultra high pressure extraction was applied to extract polysaccharide in Moringa oleifera.On the basis of single factor test,pressure,extraction time and ratio of liquid to solid were used as investigation factors,and total polysaccharide yield was used as index to determine the optimal extraction process by orthogonal test.The optimal extraction parameters to obtain the highest polysaccharide yield were as follows:pressure 400MPa,extraction time 5.5min and liquid-solid ratio 15∶1(mL∶g).Under these conditions,the total polysaccharide yield of moringa olimpica leaves reached 16.28%.The results showed that the method was suitable for the extraction of polysaccharides from Moringa olingiberensis with short time and high extraction rate.
