摘要
通过对辣木根中几种主要化学成分的测定,分析其营养和保健价值。分别采用高效液相色谱法、2,4-二硝基苯肼法、凯氏定氮法和原子吸收法对辣木根中薯蓣皂苷元,VC,蛋白质和7种无机微量元素(Mg,Zn,Ca,Fe,Na,K,Mn)进行了定量测定。辣木根中含有丰富的蛋白质,VC和多种微量元素,不含薯蓣皂苷元。辣木根中含有多种营养成分,有综合开发利用的价值。
This theses analyzed the nutritional and biological value of moringa oleifera by determinate its constituents. HPLC, 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine-spectrophotometry, Kj-eldahl method and atomic absorption method are used respectively to determinate diosgenin, VC, protein and inorganic elements. There are abundant nutritions in moringa oleifera. Drumsticktree will gain increasing attention owing to the nutritional and pharmacological value.
