摘要
研究了降粘剂种类及掺量对基质沥青常规指标的影响,并测试了不同温拌沥青混合料的路用性能。结果表明,一定范围内随着降粘剂掺量的增加,沥青软化点升高,针入度、延度和高温黏度减小。考虑沥青的综合性能,确定降粘剂的合理掺量为3%。降粘剂能有效降低沥青混合料的拌合温度,对其高温稳定性有利,对低温抗裂性不利。H-105沙索蜡对沥青及混合料具有更优的改善效果。
The effects of viscosity reducer type and content on the conventional indexes of matrix asphalt were studied,and the road performance of different warm mix asphalt mixture was tested.The results showed that in a certain range,with the increase of viscosity reducer content,the softening point of asphalt increased and the penetration,ductility and high temperature viscosity decreased.Considering the comprehensive performance of asphalt,the reasonable dosage of five viscosity reducers was determined to be 3%.The viscosity reducer could effectively reduce the mixing temperature of asphalt mixture,which was beneficial to its high temperature stability and unfavorable to its low temperature crack resistance.H-105 sasol wax had a better effect on asphalt and mixture.
