摘要
在沥青混合料生产过程中,温拌与传统的热拌相比,拌和温度较低,减少了能量的消耗和有害气体的排放,且具有良好的路用性能,是一种新型的节能环保型施工工艺,具有广阔的应用前景。通过国内外文献调研,论述了温拌沥青混合料的优势与特点、发展历程、现有制备工艺的种类、技术原理、温拌效果及存在的问题。
Compared to conventional hot mixing, warm mixing has a lower mixing temperature, less en- ergy consumption and less harmful gases emissions in the production process of asphalt mixture. Besides, as a new energy -saving and environment friendly construction technology with excellent pavement performance, it has broad application prospects. By researching documents of Chinese and foreign, this paper discussed ad- vantages and features, development course, some types of current preparation technology, technical principle, warm mix effects and existing problems of warm mix asphalt.
