脱贫攻坚背景下的移动交互信息技术教育创新行为诱导机理研究

Research on the Inductive Mechanism of Mobile Interactive Information Technology Education Innovation Behavior in the Context of Poverty Alleviation

摘要 移动交互信息技术的教育创新行为诱导是脱贫攻坚大背景下人才培养的关键路径。将系统动力学引入移动交互信息技术教育创新行为诱导因素分析中,由教育技术平台支持、创新网络资源、教师教学能力以及学生学习动机4个维度构建移动交互信息技术教育创新行为诱导模型,探究脱贫攻坚大背景下的移动交互信息技术教育创新行为的诱导机理。通过研究发现,教育技术平台支持与创新网络资源是移动交互信息技术教育创新行为的基础与保障;教师教学能力是移动交互信息技术教育创新行为的关键要素;学生学习动机是移动交互教育创新行为的重点,要充分满足学生的情感交流与知识分享的需求,从而进一步提升移动交互信息技术教育创新行为的教学效果。 The education innovation behavior induction of mobile interactive information technology is the key path of talent training under the background of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.In this paper,system dynamics is introduced into the analysis of inducing factors of mobile interactive information technology education innovation behavior.From the four dimensions of educational technology platform support,innovation network resources,teachers’teaching ability and students’learning motivation,this paper constructs the induction model of mobile interactive information technology education innovation behavior,probes into the induction mechanism of mobile interactive information technology education innovation under the background of poverty alleviation.Through the research,it is found that the support and innovation network resources of educational technology platform are the foundation and guarantee of mobile interactive information technology education innovation behavior,teachers’teaching ability is the key element of mobile interactive information technology education innovation behavior,students’learning motivation is the key point of mobile interactive education innovation behavior,so as to fully meet the needs of students’emotional communication and knowledge sharing,so as to improve the teaching effect of mobile interactive information technology education innovation behavior.
