摘要
大赦制度贯穿于整个中国古代史,作为一种恩赐,它的施行往往体现着君主的宽厚和恩德,古代帝王以此作为广施恩德的一种权术,广泛应用于一些特定的历史时期和政治场合。三国时期,蜀汉作为汉政权延续,对两汉的这一制度也继承下来。蜀汉后主刘禅在位的四十一年期间,先后有诸葛亮、蒋琬、费祎、董允这四相的辅佐,这四人的能力参差不齐,这在蜀汉政权颁布大赦的频次上有明显的体现,后主颁布了十三次大赦,主要集中在诸葛亮逝世之后,这体现出不同政治家的治国能力和理念,同时也反映出君主治国能力的平庸,这些大赦对蜀汉的政局产生深远的影响,对当今社会也有一定的借鉴意义。
The general pardon system has been throughout the history of ancient China,as a kind of reward and political trickery,general pardon often embodies the grace and virtue of the monarch and is widely used in some specific historical periods and political events.During The Three Kingdoms period,the Kingdom of Shu-Han inherited this system as the continuation of the Han Dynasty.There were Zhuge Liang,Jiang Wan,Fei Yi and Dong Yun to help Liu Shan to run the country for 41 years of his reign,while the ability of the four prime ministers are uneven,which was shown up in the frequency of the general pardon.He granted general pardon thirteen times mainly after Zhuge Liang’s death,which reflects the different politicians’ruling abilities and ideas,and the poor ability of emperor.The general pardon produce profound influence on the political situation of the Shu-Han and there are certain referential significance in modern society.
