摘要
科研绩效管理和评价是高校科研管理工作的核心环节,如何对高校科研绩效进行管理和评价从而促进高校科学研究的发展是目前的研究热点。文章以中国知网和WebofScience数据库收录的主题为高校科研绩效的文献基础,通过文献计量学方法对高校科研绩效研究领域的国内外发文数量、研究机构、发文期刊、高被引文献、关键词、主要研究方法和模型进行统计分析,总结出高校科研绩效研究领域的研究概况与发展趋势。结果表明高校科研绩效评价指标构建和新的研究方法是该领域的研究热点。
Scientific research performance management and evaluation is the core part of scientific research management in colleges and universities.How to promote the development of scientific research in colleges and universities through managing and evaluating the scientific research performance is a research hot spot at present.Based on the literature data set of the scientific research performance in colleges and universities collected from CNKI and Web of Science,this article uses the bibliometrics method to statistically analyze the number of domestic and foreign published articles,research institutions,journals,highly cited literature,keywords,major research methods and models in the field of scientific research performance in universities.The article summarizes the research overview and research trend in the field of scientific research performance in universities.The results show that the construction of university research performance evaluation indicators and new research methods are research hot spots in this field.
