摘要
【目的】为了将外源亚精胺应用到高温环境下生菜生产。【方法】以‘北散生3号’生菜为试验材料,研究外源亚精胺(Spd)对高温胁迫下生菜生长、叶绿素、丙二醛(MDA)含量及抗氧化酶活性的影响。【结果】高温胁迫下,生菜幼苗全株鲜质量、全株干质量、地上部鲜质量显著减少,叶绿素a、b含量及总量显著增加;丙二醛(MDA)含量显著增加,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性先升后降;过氧化物酶(POD)活性持续上升;抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性显著下降。外源喷施Spd生菜全株鲜质量和地上部鲜质量显著增加,MDA含量显著减少,SOD、CAT、APX酶活性增加,POD活性降低。【结论】叶面喷施外源Spd能够通过提高生菜抗氧化酶系统活性,缓解高温胁迫对生菜伤害。
【Objective】Exogenous spermidine on lettuce production under high temperature were studied.【Methods】The effects of exogenous spermidine(Spd) on growth, chlorophyll content, malondialdehyde(MDA) content and antioxidant enzyme activity of lettuce under high temperature stress were studied with ‘No.3 Beisansheng’ as test materials.【Result】Under high temperature, plant fresh or dry biomass, and shoot fresh biomass of lettuce were reduced significantly, while content of chlorophyll a and b, total chlorophyll and MDA were increased significantly. The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase(CAT) were increased at first and then decreased;the activity of peroxidase(POD) was increased;the activity of ascorbic acid peroxide enzyme(APX) decreased significantly. Spraying exogenous Spd on lettuce leaves under high temperature conditions, the plant and shoot fresh biomass, and the activities of SOD, CAT, APX were improved significantly, while the content of MDA and the activity of POD were reduced.【Conclusion】Exogenous Spd can significantly promote antioxidant enzyme system, and alleviate the inhibition of lettuce growth by high temperature stress.
