摘要
中国西部大开发战略以及"一带一路"倡议的实施,为西部铁路建设提供了前所未有的机遇,然而中国西北、中东以及非洲部分地区大面积的戈壁沙漠环境以及恶劣的气候条件给铁路的修建带来了重重挑战。借鉴额济纳至哈密铁路修建的经验,以当地砂石料自采、施工供水及供电方案、大临贯通便道等费用的研究为依托,提出了在中国西北大面积荒芜人烟、材料匮乏、缺水少电的条件下,如何在勘察设计阶段超前谋划、在现场有针对性地重点勘察,结合工程技术方案从技术可行和经济合理角度综合确定砂石料以及水电等工程费用的解决方案,为设计人员合理确定工程方案和项目投资、保证戈壁沙漠铁路工程项目顺利实施提供参考和借鉴。
China’s western development strategy and the implementation of"the Belt and Road"strategy have provided unprecedented opportunities for the construction of the Western Railway.However,the large area of the Gobi Desert environment and harsh climate in Northwest China,the Middle East and parts of Africa have brought heavy challenges to the railway construction.Based on the experience of the construction of Ejina-Hami railway,and with the study of local sand and stone self mining,construction water supply,power supply scheme,and temporary access road,this paper proposes how to plan ahead in the stage of survey and design and focus on the field survey under the conditions of large-scale barren population,lack of materials and water and electricity in Northwest China.Combined with the engineering technical scheme,the solution for comprehensively determining the engineering cost of sand and stone materials,water and electricity is proposed from the perspective of technical feasibility and economic rationality.It provides a reference for designers to reasonably determine the project plan and investment and ensure the smooth implementation of the Gobi Desert railway project.
