摘要
改革开放以来,随着综合国力的不断提高,具有国际影响力的高规格重大活动频繁在我国举办。重大活动及其参与人员的安全永远是首要问题,重大活动现场安保工作研究具有重要意义。分析当前重大活动现场安保工作具有的政要云集易成为恐袭目标、现场管控难度大、防爆安检任务繁重等特点,以及面临的国内外恐怖主义活动猖獗、社会治安环境复杂等形势,提出超前谋划、实行风险评估、提升科技化水平、采用网格化管理、建设安保指挥一体化平台等主要举措。
Since the reform and opening up,with the continuous improvement of China’s comprehensive national strength,high-level and important events with international influence have been held frequently in China.The safety of the participants is of paramount importance.Therefore it is of great significance to study the venue security of major events.The security of major events is characterized by the gathering of world leaders who are the targets of terrorist attacks,the difficulties in controlling the venues of major events,and the arduous task of inspection of explosives,complicated by the situation of rampant terrorist activities at home and abroad and complex social security environment.In order to ensure the security of major events,this paper suggests such countermeasures as carrying out careful organization and advance planning,conducting risk assessment,enhancing the level of science and technology,adopting grid management and constructing an integrated security command platform.
