摘要
孤独症谱系障碍(autism spectrum disorder,ASD)是一种复杂的神经精神发育障碍,严重危害儿童身心健康,可能终身影响患者社会交往和学习生活,给家庭和社会造成严重的负担。其早期症状不典型,临床上主要应用相关量表进行诊断,主观性较强,稳定性较差。近年来磁共振成像技术的发展探索了ASD患者在脑结构及脑功能的异常改变,试图为早期诊断提供更加客观的依据,争取到宝贵的治疗时间。该文对近年的相关文献进行综述,总结关于磁共振成像在孤独症谱系障碍研究中的进展。
Autism spectrum disorder(ASD)is a complex neuropsychiatric developmental disorder,which seriously endangers the physical and mental health of children.It may affect the patients'social interaction and learning ability all their lives,and cause serious burden to the family and society.The early symptoms are not typical,and the clinical diagnosis is mainly made by the relevant scale,which has strong subjectivity and poor stability.In recent years,the development of magnetic resonance imaging technology has explored the abnormal changes of brain structure and brain function in patients with ASD,trying to provide more objective basis for early diagnosis and gain valuable treatment time.This paper reviews the relevant literature in recent years and summarizes the progress of magnetic resonance imaging in the study of autism spectrum disorders.
