摘要
目的探讨组建血管通路小组在恶性肿瘤PICC置管患儿日常护理中的应用效果。方法选择2018年8月至2019年8月我科PICC置管的98例恶性肿瘤患儿作为研究对象,根据置管的先后顺序等分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予PICC置管后常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上组建血管通路小组,给予患儿全程、系统的评估和护理。比较两组PICC置管后堵管率、静脉导管意外脱管率、皮肤过敏反应发生率、机械性静脉炎发生率、穿刺点感染率和家长满意率。结果观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),家长满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血管通路小组规范了护士的操作,降低了并发症的发生率,同时,减轻了患儿的痛苦,提高了家长满意率,值得在临床推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of setting up a vascular access group in the daily care of children patients with malignant tumor undergoing PICC catheterization.Methods We selected 98 cases of children patients with malignant tumors who received PICC catheters in our department from August 2018 to August 2019 as the study objects.According to the sequential order of catheterization,they were divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was given routine nursing after PICC catheterization,the observation group established a vascular access group on the basis of routine nursing,and was given the children a full process,systematic evaluation and nursing.The blocking rate,accidental expulsion rate of venous catheter,skin allergic reaction rate,incidence rate of mechanical phlebitis,infection rate of puncture site and parent’s satisfaction rate after PICC catheterization were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The parent’s satisfaction rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The vascular access group standardized the operation of nurses,reduced the incidence rate of complications,and at the same time,reduced the pain of children patients and improve the parent’s satisfaction rate.It was worthy of clinical promotion.
