摘要
目的:探讨杜仲补肾健骨汤联合温针灸治疗骨质疏松症的临床效果。方法:在2018年6月-2019年3月选取仁寿县中医医院部分骨质疏松症患者80例进行研究分析。以随机数字表法的方式进行分组处理。两组患者均提供抗骨质疏松症的常规治疗,常规组提供鲑鱼降钙素肌肉注射方式治疗。试验组采用杜仲补肾健骨汤结合温针灸进行治疗。总结两组患者的骨密度与疼痛感受。结果:不同方式治疗前试验组与常规组患者的骨密度数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预之后骨密度试验组高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同方式治疗前试验组与常规组患者的疼痛评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后疼痛评分试验组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:杜仲补肾健骨汤联合温针灸治疗骨质疏松症的临床效果显著,可以有效改善患者的临床症状,提高预后生活质量,值得推广普及。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Duzhong Bushen Jiangu decoction(杜仲补肾健骨汤)combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of osteoporosis.Methods:A total of 80 patients with osteoporosis treated in Renshou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2018 to March 2019 were selected as subjects.The method of random number was used for grouping.Patients in both groups received conventional treatment against osteoporosis,while those in the conventional group received intramuscular injection of salmon calcitonin.The experimental group was treated with Duzhong Bushen Jiangu decoction combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion.The bone density and pain perception of the two groups were summarized.Results:There was no significant difference in bone mineral density between the experimental group and the conventional group before treatment(P>0.05).After intervention,bone mineral density in the experimental group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in pain score between the experimental group and the conventional group before treatment(P>0.05).The pain score of the experimental group after intervention was lower than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Duzhong Bushen Jiangu decoction combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion is remarkable in the treatment of osteoporosis,and it can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve the quality of life of prognosis,which is worth popularizing.
