摘要
页岩气属于典型的低品位边际油气资源,对页岩气开发的钻完井和压裂改造技术提出了更高要求。为了解决其开发投资高,工业化开采难度大等问题,探索降低页岩气开发投资的有效途径具有重大意义。为此,以四川盆地川南地区A页岩气区块已结算井参数为依据,分析钻井投资变化趋势及影响因素,有针对性地提出控制措施,为投资决策及控制提供依据。研究结果表明:①分析钻井投资影响因素,研究钻井投资控制措施,对保证页岩气勘探开发投资效益和企业可持续发展具有重要意义;②通过构建HDMR模型,足以解释80%的单井总费用变化情况,其中钻井周期和压裂段数的影响因子达93%,是单井总费用的主要影响因素;③缩短钻井周期和降低压裂施工成本是控制页岩气钻井投资的核心。结论认为,可重点发展小井眼技术并优化压裂改造工艺,同时利用大数据平台构建页岩气开发投资管控体系,科学指导投资预算编制,为页岩气钻井工程的降本增效提供数据量化依据和建议,构建有效的页岩气开发投资管控体系。
Shale gas belongs to the domain of low-grade marginal oil and gas resources.So,some technologies of shalegas drilling,completion,and fracturing have to satisfy stricter requirements.In order to deal with higher development in⁃vestment,and more exploitation difficulty,it is of great significance to explore effective means to reduce development in⁃vestment.Taking some parameters from settled wells in A Shale gas block of southern Sichuan Basin as the basis,this study analyzed the change trends and influencing factors of the drilling investment,put forward the measures,and provided the basis for investment decision and control.Results show that(1)to analyze the factors influencing drilling investment and to make the measures controlling this investment are of great significance to ensure investment benefits for shale-gas exploration and development and sustainable development for enterprises;(2)HDMR model can explain the change of 80%single-well total costs.The influencing factor of both drilling cycle and number of fracture stages is up to 93%,so they are the main factors influencing single-well total cost;and(3)shortening drilling cycle and reducing fracturing construction cost are the core to control the drilling investment.In conclusion,the effective ways to construct an investment control sys⁃tem are to develop slimhole technologies and optimize fracturing technologies while making use of big data platform,so as to guide investment budgeting scientifically,and provide quantitative basis and suggestions for the cost reduction and effi⁃ciency improvement.
