摘要
电气化铁路建设过程中,外部电源与铁路工程的配套建设对线路顺利开通运营具有重要意义。总结铁路外部电源的建设流程,分析铁路企业与电力公司之间协调沟通、技术标准、建设时序、建设程序等方面存在的问题和困难,并提出相应解决方法和建议,以助于更好地理解外电建设工作,为铁路外部电源建设提供保障。
In the construction process of the electrified railways,the construction of supporting external power supply facilities in coordination with the railway project is significant to ensure the successful opening-to-traffic of the line.This paper summarizes the construction process of the external power supply facilities along the railways,analyzes problems and difficulties on coordination and communication between the railway enterprise and power company,technical standards,construction sequence and procedure and puts forward solutions and suggestions,to facilitate better understanding and safeguard construction of external power supply facilities along the railways.
