摘要
对谐波国标《电能质量公用电网谐波》(GB/T14549—93)中用户谐波指标分配式的条件、来源、意义、各参数的含义及其计算值的唯一性和正确性作了详细说明,对3次谐波电流的特点、危害,作适当限制的必要性及限制前后的水平均作了说明。文中进行的分析计算表明,有的文章中对用户谐波指标分配的2种错误算法,违反了国家标准的规定,势将造成公用电网谐波电流和谐波电压超标,使供电电能质量下降。
This article discusses the condition,resource,significance,and parameters of the formula for consumer harmonics index distribution,and its correctness and sole value.The3rd harmonic current specialty and its endangerment ,and its limit with the suit-able level are also introduced.The analyses and calculations proposed in this paper shows ,the two mistaken calculating methods for consumers harmonic index distribution in a few papers transgress the stipulations of national standard,and make the harmonics ex-ceed the standard limit in public network and the power quality drop.
