摘要
为了解决散料转载过程中锥体直方口形卸料斗落料不平整堆积问题,提出了一种可以改变散料流速和流向的新型卸料斗,并以煤炭为例利用离散元方法对煤炭落料堆积过程进行仿真分析,研究了新型卸料斗结构参数对落料效率和落料平整堆积的影响。仿真结果表明,当分料板与侧面夹角为20°时,导料板与水平夹角为40°~45°时散货的落料效率、堆积平整性最好,采用该新型卸料斗进行落料堆积,可以在保证落料效率的同时,实现理想的平整堆积。
Since the cone-shaped and square-mouth discharge hopper suffers the problems of blanking,leveling and accumulating,a new discharge hopper by changing the flow velocity and direction of bulk materials is worked out in this article. The discrete element method is adopted for the simulation analysis on the process of coal blanking,leveling and accumulating;the influence of the new discharge hopper’s structural parameters on the blanking efficiency as well as the process of leveling and accumulating are explored. The simulation results show that both the blanking efficiency as well as the process of leveling and accumulating are best,when the angle between the material distribution plate and the lateral side is 20° and the angle between the guide plate and the horizontal side is 40° ~ 45°. Thus,the new discharge hopper ensures a higher standard of blanking efficiency as well as achieves the desirable process of leveling and accumulating.
