摘要
针对转运系统散料运输过程中易出现的跑偏问题,提出一种新型的流线型曲线落料管结构,建立系统的离散元模型。利用EDEM软件分析该方案的下端落料管不同参数对跑偏的影响,运用正交试验确定各个因素影响力,给出最优组合参数模型。研究结果表明:改变落料管结构参数能直接影响跑偏系数;通过对各参数综合选择,可有效减少物料跑偏,降低颗粒冲击与粉尘浓度。
Aiming at the problem of deviation in the transportation process of the transfer system,a new streamlined curve blanking tube structure has been proposed,establishing a discrete element model of the system,using the EDEM software to analyze the influence of different parameters of the lower end of the feeding tube on the deviation,using orthogonal experiments to determine the influence of various factors,optimal combination parameter model. The research indicated: changing the structural parameters of the blanking pipe can directly affect the deviation coefficient;Through comprehensive selection of various parameters,material deviation can be effectively reduced,and particle impact and dust concentration can be reduced.
