摘要
目的:研究"HIS"护理服务模式对提升胃肠外科重点专科护理服务质量的效果。方法:选取2017年10月-2019年10月笔者所在医院胃肠外科收治的120例患者作为研究对象,根据护理方法不同进行分组,常规组(n=50)采用常规护理,试验组(n=70)采用"HIS"护理服务模式。对比两组术后并发症发生率、术后不良事件发生率与护理满意度。结果:试验组术后并发症发生率、术后不良事件发生率均低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理总满意度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:"HIS"护理服务模式应用在胃肠外科中能提升重点专科护理服务质量,减少术后并发症,提高患者满意度,值得进一步推广。
Objective:To study the effect of"HIS"nursing service mode on improving the quality of nursing service in key specialty of gastrointestinal surgery.Method:From October 2017 to October 2019,120 patients admitted to the gastrointestinal surgery of our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the different nursing methods,they were divided into two groups,the routine group(n=50)used routine nursing,the experimental group(n=70)used"HIS"Nursing service mode.The incidence of postoperative complications,postoperative adverse events and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The incidences of postoperative complications and postoperative adverse events in the experimental group were lower than those in the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of"HIS"nursing service mode in gastrointestinal surgery can improve the quality of nursing service in key specialties,reduce postoperative complications,and increase patients’satisfaction,which is worthy of further promotion.
