喇嘛甸油田注水泵机组站间动态调配可行性分析 被引量:3

摘要 喇嘛甸油田现已进入采油特高含水期,为保证稳产增油,注水量需求随之发生改变,导致注水泵的排量与之不相匹配。对比传统设计方法,注水机组底座螺栓孔尺寸及位置发生变化,导致设备无法实现动态调整。依据有关规范和企业标准,对注水机组基础、配电、工艺等进行设计,提出简便快捷的改造措施。通过配备不同排量的注水机组,实现注水机组的动态调整,当某一区域注水量发生变化时,安装与之匹配的注水机组,以降低注水能耗。在保证设备正常运行的情况下,可缩短施工周期20%,同时能够减少改建工程量,降低工程投资近10%,最终实现注水机组的动态调整,达到控投资、降成本的目的。该调整可以适用全厂90%以上的注水机组,对今后注水量调整导致注水机组更换工况具有一定的借鉴意义。 Lamadian Oilfield has entered a period of extremely high water cut in oil production.In order to ensure steady production and increase oil,the water injection demand has changed accordingly,resulting in the a mismatch in the displacement of the water injection pump.Compared with the traditional design method,the size and position of the bolt holes in the unit base have changed,which leads to the failure of dynamic adjustment of the equipment.According to relevant codes and enterprise standards,the foundation,power distribution,and process of water injection unit are designed,and simple and quick renovation measures are proposed.The dynamic adjustment of water injection unit is realized by equipping water injection units with different displacement.When the water injection volume is in a certain area changes,a water injection unit matching it is installed to reduce the energy consumption of water injection.Under the condition of ensuring the normal operation of equipment,it can shorten the construction period by 20%.At the same time,it can reduce the reconstruction work amount,reduce the project investment by nearly 10%,and finally realize the dynamic adjustment of water injection units,thus effectively achieving the effects of investment control and cost reduction.This adjustment can be applied to more than 90%of the water injection units in the whole plant,and has certain reference significance for the replacement of water injection units caused by water injection adjustment in the future.
