杏北油田注水系统注水泵启停布局优化方法 被引量:8

摘要 随着杏北油田进入高含水开发后期,油田注水量波动较大,区域供过于求的矛盾较为突出,注水泵单位耗电量普遍增加。为保证油田注水系统高效运行,同时降低能耗,杏北油田确定了“大排量、低扬程、高负荷”的思路,优化注水泵启停布局。措施实施后,管网压力明显下降,系统运行趋于稳定,运行能耗显著降低。 The quantity of the water injected fluctuates greatly during later stage of high water-cut development in oilfield.The contradiction of regional oversupply was more prominent,and the unit power consumption of injection pumps increased generally.In order to ensure efficient operation of the oilfield water injection system and reduce energy consumption,Xingbei Oilfield optimized water injection pump distribution by applying large displacement pump with low head and high loads.After the measures implemented,the pressure of pipe network decreased significantly,the system operation became stable,and energy consumptions reduced significantly.
