摘要
针对杏北油田开发方式多元化、原油产量逐年降低、产能规模大、效益差、地面腐蚀老化突出等问题,大力开展地面系统优化简化工作。在产能建设上强化地上地下结合以提高方案深度,细化全过程协调推进方案设计进度,做好区域能力、布局优化及工艺简化提高产能效益;在已建系统上重点实施区域站场、站外系统优化调整,有序推进了区域集中监控建设。通过新老系统统筹,在控投资、降成本、增效益、提效率方面取得了显著效果。在总结优化简化主要措施基础上,结合油田开发安排,分析产能建设低产低效、各系统负荷不均、老油田腐蚀老化等形势,明确了今后一段时期地面优化调整措施,有效挖掘地面提质增效潜力,为杏北油田中长期地面规划提供指导意见。
The development modes of Xingbei Oilfield are diversified,its oil production is decreasing year by year,its production capacity is large and the economic benefit is poor,and its ground is corroded and aged.Based on the above problems,the surface system is optimized and simplified.For production capacity construction,the combination of ground and underground is strengthened to improve the depth of the scheme.The coordination of the whole process is refined to promote the progress of scheme design.The regional capacity and layout optimization and process simplification are done well to increase the productivity and efficiency.The stations in the key implementation region of the existing system and stations outside the system have been optimized and adjusted to promote the orderly construction of regional centralized monitoring.Through overall planning of the new and old system,remarkable results have been achieved in controlling investment,reducing cost,increasing benefit and improving efficiency.On the basis of summarizing the main measures of optimization and simplification,combined with oilfield development arrangement,the trends of the low production and efficiency of production capacity construction,uneven load of each system,corrosion and aging of old oilfields are analyzed.The optimization and adjustment measures of the ground in the future are clarified.Effectively tap the potential of improving the quality and efficiency of the surface,the potential of quality and efficiency improvement for the surface is effectively exploited,which provides guidance for the medium and long-term surface planning of Xingbei Oilfield.
