摘要
以大庆萨南油田室内和现场试验研究结果及矿场生产实际为依据,对油井出油温度、油井生产状况、原油流变特性、原油含水率四个影响“三高”(高含蜡、高凝点、高粘度)原油不加热集油的主要因素及其相关问题进行了论述。给出了油井实施不加热集油的适宜的油温限界、原油含水率界限、产液量界限,以及高产井、低产井和间歇出油井实施不加热集油的可行性及其工艺方法;提出了在低温不力a热集油条件下,“三高”原油生产井出油管道结蜡轻微或基本不结蜡、井口回压升高的主要原因是“三高”原油的低温高粘特性所致,低温集油基本不影响油井产量计量的准确性,以及采用提高管输剪速的“剪切稀释”输送方法必然导致井口回压升高等观点。
Based on the indoor and on-the-spot test and practical oilfieId production,this article discusses the four factors, that is: crude ten1perature at wellhead, oil well production state, crude rheological characteristics and water cut in crude,which affect 3-high type crude (high pour point, high wax content and high viscosity ) unheated gathering and its related problems. The author shows the boundary of the suitable temperature,water cut and amount of produced fluid of unheated oil gathering and the feasibility and technology method of unheated oil gathering for high out put well,stripper well and surging well etc. The author considers that under unheated oil gathering condition,in the now line of 3-high type crude production well, wax precipitation problem is not serious.The rise of back pressure at well head mainly caused by the low temperature high viscosity characteristics of 3-high type crude, low temperature oil gathering not affects the accuracy of oiI well metering. Because of adopting 'shear dilution' transferring method, it certainly leads to the increasing of back pressure at well head.
