凝汽器循环水翼型二次滤网流动性能的研究 被引量:2

摘要 提出一种翼型网板条搭接型凝汽器循环水二次滤网,并采用数值模拟方法研究了不同搭接角度翼型二次滤网的流动性能。结果表明:翼型二次滤网不仅具备高度过滤作用,其整流特性及阻力特性都优于传统冲孔型二次滤网,且60°的翼型二次滤网最好。循环水通过搭接角度为60°的翼型滤网后,管道内形成分布均匀的速度场和压力场,且在凝汽器进口水室中形成了有利于改善凝汽器管束区域换热的涡流分布状态。研究结果为二次滤网的开发提供了新思路。 A new type of airfoil-shape secondary filter in condenser circulating water system is put forward in this paper.The flow characteristics of airfoil-shape secondary filter with different splicing degree are studied using numerical simulation method.The results show that the airfoil-shape secondary filter has a good function of secondary filtration,and its'characteristics of rectification and resistance are better than that of punching-shape secondary filter.The best one is the 60°airfoil-shape secondary filter.When the circulating water flows through the 60°airfoil-shape secondary filter,the uniform velocity field and pressure field are formed behind the filter.And the vortex distribution in the entry chamber of condenser is favorable for the heat transfer of tube bundle,so the heat transfer of condenser can be improved.The results provide a new idea to improve the flow characteristics of secondary filter in condenser circulating water system.
