摘要
借助于STAR-CD分析设计软件和自编程序,采用多孔介质模型对圆形壳体凝汽器的壳侧流场进行数值模拟,并对其常用的两种管束布置(带状管束和AT型管束)进行对比分析,从蒸汽流速大小、压力损失大小、换热性能和蒸汽凝结特性等方面分析两种管束布置的优劣,为凝汽器的结构设计及优化做技术辅助。
With the help of STAR-CD analysis design software and self-compiled program,using porous media model to conduct numerical analysis,for shell side flow of a circular shell condenser,and to conduct comparative analysis for commonly used two tube bundle arrangements(Ribbon bundle and AT type tube bundle).In terms of size of steam velocity,pressure loss,heat transfer performance and steam condensation characteristic,analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of tube bundle arrangement,to do technical assistance for structure design and optimization of condenser.
