摘要
近两年,“副业刚需”成为网络热词,拥有多重职业身份的“斜杠青年”日益增多。对29位“斜杠青年”进行深入访谈发现:“斜杠青年”的职业选择动机呈现多样化的特征,包含了社会环境的影响、自我动因的驱使以及跨界机遇的争取三大因素;超过半数的“斜杠青年”对自己双重职业身份拥有较为正向的情感态度;大多数“斜杠青年”在职业发展过程中呈现出积极的自我建构,体现在对新职业的自主探索、面对困境的乐观心态等方面。
With the development of modern society and the increase of professional demands,the background of the development of slash youth needs to be explored in many aspects and at a deep level.It is found that the career choice motivations of slash youth are diversified,including the influence of social environment,self-motivation and the pursuit of cross-border opportunities.Secondly,more than half of slash youth have positive emotional attitude toward their dual professional identity.Finally,most slash youth show positive self-construction in the process of career development,which is reflected in the self-exploration of new careers,optimistic attitude in the face of difficulties,and so on.
