摘要
目的观察痹通汤联合来氟米特治疗老年类风湿关节炎的临床疗效;方法选取2016年6月—2019年5月收治的100例老年类风湿关节炎患者,随机分为治疗组及对照组,每组各50例。对照组服用来氟米特治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用痹通汤加减治疗。2组均治疗12周,观察治疗前后患者临床疗效,以及症状、体征、实验室辅检变化。结果治疗后对照组ESR、CRP、RF下降明显优于对照组(P<0.05),而关节肿胀、压痛数及晨僵时间改善显著优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组总有效率为93.75%,对照组总有效率为74.47%,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率为8.0%。对照组不良反应发生率为16.0%,治疗组不良反应发生率少于对照组。结论痹通汤联合来氟米特治疗老年类风湿关节炎临床疗效优于单独服用来氟米特,且可明显缓解药物副作用,疗效安全可靠。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of bitong decoction combined with leflunomide in the treatment of senile rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 100 elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis from June 2016 to May 2019 were selected in our hospital,and they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated by leflunomide,and the treatment group was treated by Bitong decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks,and the clinical efficacy,symptoms,signs and laboratory tests were observed before and after the treatment.Results After treatment,the decrease of ESR,CRP and RF in the treatment group was significantly better than that the control group(P<0.05),while the improvement of joint swelling,tenderness and morning stiffness in the treatment group was significantly better than that the control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate was 93.75%in the treatment group and 74.47%in the control group,and there had statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 8%,and the incidence of adverse reactions in control group was 16%.The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than in control group.Conclusion Bitong decoction combined with leflunomide in the treatment of elderly rheumatoid arthritis has a better clinical efficacy than leflunomide alone,and can significantly alleviate the side effects of drugs,and is safe and reliable.
