摘要
目的观察慢性荨麻疹患者以星状神经节埋线为主要治疗手段的临床疗效。方法在临床选取52例慢性荨麻疹患者,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,各组有26例患者,其中治疗组患者运用星状神经节埋线术治疗,对照组运用传统针刺治疗。4个疗程后观察2组的疗效。结果治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为96%和84%,治疗组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论星状神经节埋线为主治疗慢性荨麻疹具有明显的临床效果,可以推广使用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of stellate ganglion catgut implantation at acupuncture point in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods 40patients with chronic urticaria were randomly divided into two groups,including treament group and control group.In the treament group,20 patients were treated with stellate ganglion catgut implantation at acupuncture point.Others were treated with the simple catgut implantation acupoint.Results The total effective ratio of two groups had significant difference,which in the treatment group was higher than the control group.The difference had the statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion tStellate ganglion as the main catgut embedding therapy in the treatment of chronic urticaria is effective and can be widely used.
