摘要
目的调查医学生学习目的以及制约学习质量的因素,以期有针对性的引导学生提升学习质量。方法应用自编问卷,调查我国11所医学院校17460名学生的学习目的并进行一般人口学比较,多选题采用应答人数百分比。结果我国医学生的学习目的最主要是实现自身价值(70.2%);其次是将来找个好工作提升生活质量(62.0%),再次是做对社会国家有用的人、父母高兴(46.5%、47.0%)。我国医学生认为制约学习质量的因素最主要是缺乏学习动力(58.7%);其次是个人学习方法不当(53.1%)、课程紧凑没有自己时间(40.8%);再次是教师授课方式不当(16.3%);不同地域、院校层次、院校类型、性别、专业、年级、是否军校之间均存在差异。结论我国医学生学习目的注重现实性,认为制约医学生学习质量的因素主要是缺乏学习动力、学习方法不当等;学习目的影响医学生制约学习质量因素:学习目的是做对社会国家有用的人的医学生,认为制约学习质量的因素多是课程紧凑没有自己时间、教师授课方式不当;学习目的是将来找个好工作提升生活质量、父母高兴、实现自身价值,认为制约学习质量的因素多是个人学习方法不当、缺乏学习动力。
Objective To survey study aims and views about factors restricting study quality on medical students in China and correspondingly guide them to improve study quality.Methods Using self-made questionnaires,we surveyed the study aims of 17460 students in 11 medical colleges in China and compared them in the general demographic factors.The case percent was used as indicator in multiple choice questions.Results The fist and foremost study aims of medical students in China were achieve self-worth(70.2%),followed by find a good job in future to improve the quality of life(62.0%),be a person useful for society and country(46.5%)and make parents satisfied(47.0%).The fist and foremost views about factors restricting study quality of medical students in China were lack of study motivation(58.7%),followed by improper personal learning methods(53.1%),no time on account of compact courses(40.8%)and improper teaching ways of teachers(16.3%).It all showed different in different regions,college sorts,college levels,genders,grades,specialties and whether the military.Conclusion Study aims of medical students focused on reality,and the students thought the factors restricting study quality are mainly lack of study motivation,improper personal learning methods,etc.Their study aims influenced the views about factors restricting study quality,that is,those with the aim of be a person useful for society and country,mostly thought the restricting factors are no time on account of compact courses and improper teaching ways of teachers,still those with the aims of find a good job in future to improve the quality of life,make parents satisfied and achieve self-worth,mostly thought the restricting factors are improper personal learning methods and lack of study motivation.
